KUALA LUMPUR, 18 April -- Bekas Pengerusi Majlis Penasihat Kerajaan Tun Daim Zainuddin ditemu bual Bernama mengenai Projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur (ECRL) di Menara Ilham hari ini. KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Tun Daim Zainuddin has questioned whether it was a personal emissary of the former prime minister, who was working on his own, involved in direct discussions and negotiations over the old East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) contract.
"Was it a personal emissary of the former PM or was it an official representative of the government, as should have been the case," he said.
