KOTA KINABALU: Former foreign minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman is looking at possible legal action to get the courts to set aside the Dec 2 Federal Court decision to uphold the Election Court's decision to nullify Kimanis election results.
Anifah’s special officer Datuk James Ligunjang said on Saturday (Dec 7) that Anifah has ordered his lawyers to file necessary court papers to review the “judicial territorial” issues with regards to the five-member Federal Court bench.
