IPOH: Perak MCA has lodged a police report against DAP’s Keranji assemblyman Chong Zhemin over his allegation that MCA had misappropriated funds meant for the building of a hospital in Kampar.
Low Guo Nan, Perak MCA’s public service and complaints bureau chief, said Chong did not show up eventhough he was invited to the district police station.
