Wisma Putra: 841 Malaysians stranded overseas by various countries' travel restrictions

PUTRAJAYA: There are 841 Malaysians who are stranded in 20 countries following the enforcement of control regulations or travel bans by the countries to curb the spread of Covid-19, says Wisma Putra.

Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Kamarudin Jaafar said the country with the highest number of Malaysians stranded abroad is India with 274, followed by Uzbekistan (209) and Morocco (160).
