PETALING JAYA: The Foreign Ministry, through continuous efforts of the Malaysian Embassy in Egypt, has facilitated the return of 5,291 Malaysian students despite the suspension of commercial flights in that country due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
“A total of 6,234 Malaysians currently living in countries in the African continent have registered with the Malaysian government as of June 1, ” Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Kamaruddin Jaafar (pic) said in a statement yesterday.
