Nine prisons and detention centres under EMCO

PETALING JAYA: Nine prisons and detention centres in the north and Selangor will be placed under enhanced movement control order (MCO), says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The enhanced MCO until Nov 4 covers the prison building and staff quarters of the Perlis Correctional Centre, Sungai Petani Prison, Kamunting Correctional Centre, Tapah and Taiping prisons, all in the northern states.
