KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Nicky Liow Soon Hee is believed to be on the run with several bags of cash.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said investigations revealed that Liow, 33, was last seen at Setiawalk, Puchong on March 20.
