PUTRAJAYA: Selangor recorded the most number of Covid-19 cases on Sunday (April 25) at 751 followed by Sarawak (595) and Kelantan (424), says Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

"To date, 81.6% of the new cases in Selangor were from existing clusters and detected through close contact tracing activities, ” he said.
