BUTTERWORTH: The half-sunken Penang Ferry berthed at the Bagan Dalam river is floating again, says Penang Port Commission (PPC) chairman Datuk Tan Teik Cheng.
He said the ferry was afloat at around 10pm on Tuesday (June 8).
