Court finds criminal elements in Perak Corp case, refers it back to cops for further probe


IPOH: The Magistrate's Court here has ruled that there are elements of crime detected in the Perak Corporation Berhad (PCB) case and has referred it back to the police for further investigation.

Magistrate Noor Hafiza Ishak, when interrupted by Keranji assemblyman Chong Zhemin during the hearing said: "I have listened to your submissions on Sept 5. My ruling is that there are criminal elements found and for the investigation papers to be referred back to the police."
