GEORGE TOWN: The crowd is pouring in on the last day of the Star Education Fair 2022 at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre here.
The fair boasts reputed educators offering a myriad of courses and offers at the one stop shop.
From an insight into Software Engineering at Forward School to a substantial tuition fee deduction at the INTI International University & Colleges for all those who sign up for the programme during the fair, it is the best place to be this Sunday (Dec 11)
The fair has the creme de la creme of educators lined up ranging from local educators to those stationed overseas.
Peninsula College Malaysia, Segi University & Colleges and Swinburne University of Technology Malaysia Campus are part of the mix.
Other institutions represented here are Northeastern State University located in Oklahoma, United States of America and the Braemar College located in downtown Toronto, Canada.
There will be educational talks held throughout the day with Northeastern State University sharing insight into their university at 1pm, followed by Peninsula College at 2pm speaking about the "Future of Technology degree graduates".
Swinburne University of Technology Malaysia Campus will address the role of an engineer in the era of sustainability at 3pm, while Manipal University College Malaysia will speak about "The Road to Be A Healthcare Professional" at 4pm.
Organised by Star Media Group the two-day fair has 31 exhibitors occupying 64 booths under one roof.
At least 500 of those who pre-register stand a chance to walk away with vouchers from VIU, a premium video-on-demand services vendor.
The vouchers are worth three months of free access to the VIU Streaming Service, courtesy of VIU Streaming Media.
Visitors also stand a chance to win a mystery prize when they take part in the Register & Win contest, which will be held on both days of the event. Star Media Group Bhd reserves the right to substitute any prizes without any prior notice.
The myStarJob Fair is being held concurrently at the convention centre. The two-day fair held from 11am to 7pm ends Sunday (Dec 11). Admission to both events is free.
