SOCIAL media influencer Ameera Khan has angrily denied talk that she is vacationing with actor Meerqeen in Bali, Indonesia, Kosmo! reported.
Social media users started to spread the story after seeing both celebrities post photos in Bali at around the same time.
Ameera, 23, who is also the sister of celebrity and entrepreneur Neelofa, said she was in Bali with her cousin Aisha, a bodyguard and a driver.
“It’s just the four of us. I have a boyfriend and he is in London. I don’t have to explain myself, but some of you are just too much,” she posted on Instagram.
Annoyed, she told the rumourmongers to “shut your mouth and get lost”.
Ameera was previously said to be in a relationship with Meerqeen when they exchanged comments on Instagram. She denied it and said they were just friends.
> An 18-year-old diploma student had a rough start at his new polytechnic in Penang, but a lecturer ensured that he settled comfortably, according to Harian Metro.
Mohd Zaidil Adha Mat Hussin, 46, who is also the student affairs officer, said it was Lim Zi Yang’s first time in Penang. He travelled by bus from Batu Pahat alone as his parents did not have enough money to buy another ticket.
Lim came a day before registration but unfortunately arrived without his clothes or documents as he took the wrong bag.“I took him back to the Sungai Nibong bus terminal and then to Penang Sentral bus terminal to retrieve his bag,” said Mohd Zaidil.“In the car, I saw Lim taking a picture of the Penang Bridge and sending it to his father.
“Before returning, we bought his necessities at a supermarket and stopped by a Chinese medicine shop to buy drinks and medicine as requested by his father.”
Mohd Zaidil posted the experience on Facebook, where it went viral and received many positive comments from online users.
“In truth, I help without looking at differences of race, religion or ethnicity. I will help any student in need and often listen to the concerns of their parents,” he said.
