SINGAPORE: A 35-year-old former information technology engineer was sentenced to two years and six months’ jail for funding terrorism.
Yesterday, Ahmed Hussein Abdul Kadir Sheik Uduman pleaded guilty in a district court to two charges in connection with two payments he had made amounting to about S$1,145 (RM3,500) in total to an individual who was “facilitating terrorist acts” overseas.
