Urgent: US renew 4X400m mixed relay world record


PARSI, August 3 (Xinhua) -- The United States renewed 4X400m mixed relay world record in the heat round of Paris Olympic Games here on Saturday.

The quartet of Vernon Norwood, Shamier Little, Bryce Deadmon and Kaylyn Brown clocked three minutes, 7.41 seconds to finish atop in the first heat, beating the previous record of 3:08.80, also set by US, at the World Athletics Championships in Budapset last summer.
