I REFER to “Cinemas back move on Negaraku” (The Star, Aug 20) and fully support the patriotic spirit shown by GSC general manager Irving Chee who would play the national anthem before the screening of a film at GSC cinemas.
This decision followed a suggestion by the Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek that the Negaraku could be played in cinemas to show our patriotism.
