WHEN Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) called for an objection meeting at the beginning of this year to address the assessment rate hike, I went for the hearing and duly submitted my Incentive Form for owner-occupant along with a photocopy of MyKad and relevant documents to the officer present.

The officer took my attendance and checked our documents to ensure we had submitted the required documents. The officer said DBKL would send a letter to us later.
