Letter by doc was handwritten

I WAS recently admitted to a prestigious medical centre for emergency treatment. Since my admission resulted in the cancellation of my family’s pre-paid holiday to Thailand, as well as cancellation of our flight bookings, I had to obtain a certificate from the hospital to claim part of the payment for the tour and tickets as well.

I alerted the friendly and courteous nurses about this as soon as I was admitted and they promised to talk to the doctors. I also spoke to one of the junior doctors, who promised to talk to his senior.
