OVER the past weeks, there has been much lobbying by certain civil society groups for MPs to support the Tobacco and Smoking Control Bill.
The part of the Bill that has caused the most consternation is the ban it will mandate on the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products to those born from after 2005.
