Great use of comics in learning at school

I REFER to the article entitled “Cartoonist breathes life into history” (The Star, July 14; online at t.ly/BxWMG).

I am beyond amazed by Azrin Ahmad’s dedication to using comics to make the subject of History enjoyable. Turning historical events into vibrant, colourful comic panels is a great approach to pique interest, especially for visual learners. However, additional support for and expansion of this idea are needed to maximise its impact on students’ education.
