Schmid is new FAM technical director


PETALING JAYA: UEFA Pro Licence coach Fritz Schmid is the new Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) technical director.

FAM have engaged the 55-year-old Swiss on a three-year contract to assist in the development of football and oversee the progress of the national and project teams.
