PETALING JAYA: It will be mind over matter for Masters swimmer Cindy Ong as she keeps herself in good shape for the defence of her five gold medals at the World Masters Swimming Championships.

The former national butterfly swimmer faces a longer wait now as aquatics governing body FINA has decided to push the championships in Kyushu to 2022.
