Malaysia to host Dota 2 tournament ESL One, teams to compete for RM1.7mil prize pool


Twelve professional teams are expected to compete in the ESL One 2022 tournament. — ESL One

Malaysia will be hosting the ESL One 2022 tournament at Arena of Stars in Genting Highlands, Pahang on Aug 26-28.

The event features a US$400,000 (RM1.76mil) prize pool where 12 professional Defense of the Ancients 2 (Dota 2) teams – a multiplayer online battle arena game – are set to compete. According to its website, teams from China, South-East Asia and Europe are expected to be a part of the line-up.
