Digi Fibre users reporting connectivity issues today (Update: issue resolved)

Update: CelcomDigi said in a statement that the issue has been resolved.

“With reference to the earlier update on our Fibre service disruption, we would like to update that the issue has been resolved and services are restored. We thank our customers for their patience and regret the inconvenience caused.”

PETALING JAYA: Users are taking to social media to report experiencing connectivity issues with Digi Fibre Internet.

On its Facebook page, Digi responded to a number of users and apologised for an “outage on Fibre service nationwide”.

"Our team is striving to rectify the issue. The approximate time to fix the issue will be 4 hours from now," Digi said on its Facebook page at around 2.40pm today (June 16).

Users who are reporting issues claimed to be from a number of areas such as Rawang in Selangor, Kuantan in Pahang, Penang, Melaka and Kuching in Sarawak.
