KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Bhd says it is unable to consider the Selangor Government's takeover offer to buy Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings Bhd (SPLASH Holdings) but it kept the door open for further negotiations.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, Gamuda said the valuation methodology “is not fair” and it would seek further clarification.
