Look no further as chef Uramoto has prepared exciting dishes with this wonderful fish. Hamachi, also known as the young yellow-tail is a versatile and oily fish. Try the incredibly smooth and delicious taste of hamachi prepared in selections of Hamachi Shioyaki/Teriyaki (Salt-grilled yellow-tail/grilled with teriyaki sauce), Hamachi Saiko Yaki (Grilled yellow-tail with soybean paste), Hamachi Teppanyaki (Hot-plate yellow-tail ‘teppan’ style) and Hamachi Arani (Braised yellow-tail in special home stock).
