Bertam Valley residents pick up the pieces after last week’s mud flood

YEAR Five pupil Afendy Loh was heartbroken when he entered his classroom at SJK(C) Bertam Valley and saw the place awash with mud.

The 11-year-old was one of over 100 pupils, parents and teachers cleaning up the school after a mud flood devastated the area on Oct 23.
