PETALING JAYA: The Works Ministry will set up a panel of experts to investigate the collapse of the ramp leading to the second Penang bridge in Batu Maung, said its minister Datuk Fadillah Yusof.

“The issue of safety at construction sites is under the jurisdiction of Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and they will be carrying out a thorough investigation into the incident.
