KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has proposed to the Government to extend the deadline to apply for the Goods and Services Tax (GST) software incentive scheme for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The incentive, in the form of an e-voucher worth RM1,000, is for SMEs to purchase or upgrade GST-compliant accounting software to ensure a smooth transition when GST is implemented next year.
