PUTRAJAYA: The defence team for Catholic weekly Herald will submit its arguments Wednesday in its final bid to convince the Federal Court to review its own decision in refusing leave to challenge the Home Ministry over the ban on the use of the word “Allah”.
Chief Justice Ariffin Zakaria, who chaired a seven-man panel on June 23 last year, had denied leave to the weekley’s publisher in a majority decision.
