BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): The Ministry of Health (MoH) alerted the public on three cosmetic products, after tests conducted by the Laboratory of Pharmacy Section under the Department of Scientific Services at the MoH found them to be adulterated with undeclared potent Western medicine.
Ageless Beauty Rejuvenating Set – Rejuvenating Toner and Ageless Beauty Rejuvenating Set – Rejuvenating Cream, manufactured in the Philippines, were adulterated with hydroquinone and tretinoin, while LS 3 in 1 Renewal Treatment Set LS 3 Whitening Cream was adulterated with hydroquinone.
