Over 40% foreign firms in China plan to raise investments in the mainland: official survey

BEIJING, May 21 (China Daily/ANN): Miao Wei, Minister of Industry and Information Technology, disclosed in a news briefing on Wednesday that over 40% of foreign companies in China will expand their investments in the mainland.

He said this in response to a media question whether China is worried about a possible outflow of investments amid plans by some governments to move their giant industries out of China.
