BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin): Restaurants and cafe owners not complying with Ministry of Health (MoH) guidelines – such as permitting employees not to wear face masks, organising buffets or operating beyond the restaurant’s capacity – will be brought to court.

“It is an alarming situation and the MoH is looking at this problem seriously, with plans to carry out spot checks. We have constantly reminded restaurants to abide by the rules and regulations.
