Brunei contacts of Malaysian Covid-19 patient undergoing testing and quarantine

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Following reports from the Malaysian health ministry of two of its citizens testing positive for Covid-19 upon their return home from Brunei, Dato Seri Setia Dr Hj Mohammad Isham on Tuesday (June 9) confirmed that investigations into both cases are currently underway, where the contacts related to the cases have been identified.

“All the contacts of the cases were instructed to undergo the SARS-CoV-2 laboratory test and undergo 14-days quarantine. At this time, a total of 113 individuals are undergoing quarantine.” said Brunei's Minister of Health.
