Over 22kg of heroin seized in Myanmar's eastern state


YANGON (Xinhua): Myanmar authorities seized over 22 kilogrammes of heroin in Shan state, according to a release from the Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control (CCDAC) on Monday (June 15).

Acting on a tip-off, a joint anti-narcotic police team searched a vehicle in Hsenwi township on Saturday.
