HONG KONG July 18 (SCMP/ANN): Three health centre employees in Hong Kong have tested positive for the coronavirus, authorities revealed on Saturday, raising fears of a fresh cluster of infections as the city reported its 12th related death.

The city has also recorded more than 60 new Covid-19 infections, including confirmed and tentatively positive cases, according to a source.
