PHILIPPINE transport authorities have prohibited chatting on Metro Manila trains as an added measure to prevent the further spread of Covid-19, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) said.
The new policy prohibits passengers from talking or answering calls on mobile phones, or through any other device while on the commuter trains in Metro Manila, the epicentre of the Covid-19 epidemic in the Philippines.
