VIENTIANE, July 19 (The Vientiane Times/ANN): The Prime Minister’s Office has issued a notice to the Ministry of Energy and Mines to reduce residential electricity prices from April to December during the Covid-19 outbreak.
Notice No.752 on July 14 follows Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith’s advice on July 8 to implement a policy where consumers using less than 150 kWh per month will be charged 355 kip per kWh.
