BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, July 26 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Following the viral message on social media regarding concerns in using the ‘thermal gun’ for temperature check on the forehead, the Ministry of Health (MoH) yesterday clarified that the information is false.

The thermal gun or also known as ‘non contactable infrared thermometer’ or ‘temperature gun’ is safe and there is no scientific evidence showing that it can cause harm to the eyes or the brain.
