Yangon airport extends world flight suspension


NAYPYITAW has extended the suspension on international flights at the Yangon International Airport until Aug 31, aiming to prevent and control Covid-19.

According to instructions from the Health and Sports Ministry and the Department of Civil Aviation, Myanmar temporarily banned all incoming international flights from March 30.
