Labour and social welfare authorities have made steady headway over recent years in protecting the rights of vulnerable children in target areas, according to the minister in charge.

Authorities are prioritising access to better health services, education, protection and participation, and paying particular attention to early childhood development, reducing maternal and neonatal mortality, and stunting under the implementation of Vision 2030 and the National Social Protection Strategy (NSPS) to achieve targets by 2025.
