China hits out at US deployment of advanced missiles in Asia-Pacific

BEIJING (Xinhua): China firmly opposes the US plan to deploy land-based medium-range missiles in the Asia-Pacific and European regions, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said Tuesday (Aug 5).

He said Russia's remarks on the US decision to terminate the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty had exposed the true intentions of the United States.
