VIENTIANE (Xinhua): A group of Chinese builders have been working day and night in the vast Lancang-Mekong River Basin with strengthened measures on fighting Covid-19, pressing forward the construction of the China-Laos Railway to forge a thriving Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) Economic Development Belt.
