SINGAPORE, Oct 4 (dpa): Australian and Vietnamese tourists can enter Singapore starting Oct 8, the republic's-state's civil aviation body has announced.

Citing the two countries' "comprehensive public health surveillance systems" and "successful control over the spread" of the pandemic, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore said arrivals will be free "to go about their activities" provided they test negative upon arrival for the novel coronavirus.
