Brunei braces for bad weather but Covid-19 cases under control as total stays at 148

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Oct 27 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Typhoon Molave, that was observed over the Philippines (13.2°N 121.3°E), at approximately 1,333km away from Brunei as of 5am on Tuesday and is expected to indirectly influence the Sultanate’s weather situation causing unsettled weather conditions, according to the Meteorological Department (BDMD).

The BDMD said occasional gusty and heavy showers are expected, although Typhoon Molave is expected to continue moving northwest-wards, further away from the country. Winds of up to 50km/h are expected during heavy and gusty showers.
