SINGAPORE, Nov 7 (The Straits Times/ANN): The People's Action Party (PAP) will elect its top-decision making body on Sunday (Nov 8) via distributed voting, a departure from the norm necessitated by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Typically, the more than 2,000 PAP cadres would gather at a single venue like the Singapore Expo during the biennial party conference, to cast their votes for its central executive committee (CEC).
