Lao, Vietnamese leaders voice mutual support in telephone talks


LAOS, Nov 12 (Vientiane Times/ANN) - The government has said it will continue its support for Vietnam to fulfill its mandate as the Asean chair and non-permanent member of the United Nations.

Prime Minister Thongloung Sisoulith made the pledge during a phone call to his Vietnamese counterpart Mr Nguyen Xuan Phuc on November 10 to congratulate Vietnam on its role as the 37th Asean Summit Chair.
