Lao govt mulls trial of Russian-made Covid-19 vaccine


VIENTIANE (Xinhua): Lao authorities have considered the provision of the Russian-made Covid-19 vaccine Sputnik V after its certification in Russia is complete.

According to local daily Vientiane Times on Wednesday (Dec 16), Lao Minister of Science and Technology Boviengkham Vongdara and Minister of Health Bounkong Syhavong held a teleconference with Russia's State Research Center to discuss the possibility of Covid-19 vaccination trials in cooperation with Russia.
