Property prices in Vietnam to rise 10 per cent in 2021

HANOI (Vietnam News/ANN): Real estate prices in 2021 are expected to increase by 10 per cent over the previous year, said Nguyễn Văn Đính, deputy general secretary of the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA).

Đính told a forum held yesterday that the Covid-19 pandemic affected the real estate sector, causing weakening demand in the market.
