Hawker dish kway chap, the Jewish festival Passover and Malay dance form zapin are among the nine latest additions to the intangible cultural heritage inventory created by the National Heritage Board (NHB).
This is the third time that the list has been expanded since its launch in April 2018. It now comprises 97 – from an original 50 – practices and cultural artefacts.
