India's ISRO launches Brazilian satellite and 18 others; Covid-19 total now almost 11.1 million

NEW DELHI, Feb. 28 (Xinhua): India's space agency, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Sunday launched one Brazil satellite and 18 co-passenger satellites from its launching centre in south India's Andhra Pradesh state, confirmed an official statement.

The launching vehicle "PSLV-C51" carrying Brazil's primary satellite "Amazonia-1" and 18 other satellites took off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre located in Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.
